Il daikon sottaceto è uno dei piatti più apprezzati durante l’estate.
È molto semplice e rinfrescante e può essere conservato per mesi una volta preparato.

 Ingredienti-
Daikon 1
Peperoncini 2-3 (opzionale)
Aqua 500ml
Aceto 200ml
Zucchero 2 cucchiaini
Sale fine 1 cucchiaino
Sprite 1 lattina
Sale grosso q.b.

Pickled Daikon is one of the most popular dishes during the summer. It is very simple and refreshing, and it can be preserved for months once you made it.

Ingredients-
1 Daikon
2-3 peppers (optional)
Water 500ml
Vinegar 200ml
Sugar 2 tsp
1 tsp fine salt
Sprite 1 can
Coarse salt q.s.

Recipe-
1. Peel the daikon.
2. Cut it into 8 pieces.
3. Thinly sliced.
4. Sprinkle some coarse salt.
5. Mix them evenly and let them sit aside for 30 mins.
6. Add the ingredients above into a pot and boil them. (Aqua/Vinegar/Sugar/ Salt)
7. Remove the excess water.
8. Risen the daikon and wash them again.
9. Drain the daikon slices and put them in a jar with mixed liquid.
10. Add some chili and the sprite
11. Close the jar and put it in the fridge for at least one night before consuming.

中文-

食材-
1 條大蘿蔔
2-3個辣椒(可有可無)
水 500ml
醋 200ml
糖 2茶匙
1茶匙細鹽
雪碧1小罐
粗鹽適量

食譜-

  1. 將蘿蔔洗淨後削皮。
  2. 切成8塊。
  3. 再切成薄片。
  4. 撒一些粗鹽。
  5. 將蘿蔔和鹽攪拌均勻,靜置30分鐘。
  6. 將以上水/醋/糖跟鹽加入鍋中煮沸。
  7. 將除去蘿蔔出水後多餘的水。
  8. 將蘿蔔瀝乾後並再次清洗。
  9. 將白蘿蔔片放入罐子中,並加入煮好的醬汁。
  10. 加點辣椒跟一罐雪碧
  11. 蓋上罐子,放入冰箱冷藏至少一晚後再食用。
